Dan grew up in Burbank, California, and went to school at Loyola Marymount. After College, as an Electrical Engineer, he pursued a career as a Manufactures' Representative in the Aerospace Industry. Rodolfo graduated as an Architect in 1997 at the University of Morelos in Mexico. He moved to Minnesota in 1998 following love and never looked back. Gerhardt Mahling

Gerhardt grew up near St. Cloud, MN. The son of two teachers, Gerhardt also became a teacher after earning an undergraduate degree and a Master's degree in Education at the University of Minnesota. Michelle Erickson

Michelle has been in the Minnesota and Wisconsin real estate market since 1999. She and her husband were newlyweds at the time and found a shared love and passion for remodeling. Jeff Henning

Jeff grew up on a farm in East Central Iowa and moved to the Minneapolis area in 1987. He graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly Iowa, and got his MS from the University of St Thomas. Jeff Waychoff

Jeff Waychoff graduated from Regis University in Denver, CO with degrees in Finance and Communication. Jeff began his career in real estate as a commercial property manager where he managed class B office space, as well as large apartment complexes. Throughout his commercial real estate tenure, Jeff also held such roles as commercial real estate analyst and asset manager. After approximately 5 years managing other peoples' property, Jeff decided to break away from middle-management and pursue his true passion of investment real estate. Subsequently he began acquiring properties and building a personal investment real estate portfolio. Needless to say, he's never looked back! Christopher Sheldon

Christopher Sheldon grew up in Edina, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Kansas with a double major in Psychology and Human Development. Chris was a VP at Dougherty & Companies in Investment Banking, analyzing multi-million dollar multifamily real estate transactions. As well as Investment banking, Chris worked as a Proprietary Trader and Venture Capitalist so he is no stranger to complex financial transaction. Ken Wencl

As an entrepreneurial minded individual, in 1984, Ken founded, owned and operated a successful Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning company until 2013, managing 24 employees. During these times, he engaged in negotiating and successfully acquired business opportunities through his communication skills, and honest, respectful and cordial dealings. In doing so, Ken was able to further the interest of his company through diverse clientele by securing both local and National accounts. Working in this industry has given him the exposure and in-depth knowledge of all types of real estate, both residential and commercial, and the understanding of building structures. In his early twenties, Ken was involved in the management, operation and maintenance of family owned multi-unit apartment complexes, handling property acquisitions and sales, maintenance and construction. Jaelynn grew up in Farmington and acquired her Bachelor degree in Business Admin and Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls.
