Brandon Capelle
Brandon
grew up in Rochester, MN as the middle child (which always creates the best
personalities in people). After high school he attended Chippewa Valley
Technical College in Eau Claire, WI earning an AAS in Heating Ventilation AC
& Refrigeration. From there he went to Minnesota State, Mankato and earned
a B.S. in Construction Management and minored in Business Administration. He is
very knowledgeable with construction systems with his past experience in the
HVAC/R and Electrical supply industries. Brandon has always had a strong
interest in real estate as a means of wealth generation which led him to get
involved in purchasing rental property, which then led him to become a full
time real estate agent. He understands the importance of communication with
clients and quick responses. He also genuinely believes people are well served
by working with him! Currently Brandon resides in the SW suburbs with his wife
