Ryan DeRoode
Ryan grew up in Ghent Minnesota, a small southwestern town near Marshall. Growing up so close to family and friends has instilled a hard work ethic and a desire to treat each client as if they were family. Ryan enlisted in the Army after high school and has a combined 10 years of active duty and national guard service. After active duty, he received a bachelor's degree from Mankato State University in 1998 and moved to the metro area. He made the decision to be a full-time Realtor in 2000. Seeing the highs and lows of the market, he believes in first educating his clients on this vast market of foreclosures, short sales and traditional sales. This is a very exciting market and you really want your clients to not just get a good deal, but know that it's the right home for where they are in life. As a military veteran himself, he loves helping other veterans benefit from VA loans and finding the perfect home.
