Kevin Curtis
Kevin grew up in Casper Wyoming and moved to the Twin Cities in 1993. He now lives in South Minneapolis with his wife and two daughters. He started in real estate back in 2001 as an appraiser and appraised over 1600 homes in the Twin Cities 11 county metro area before becoming a Realtor in 2005. While recognized as a luxury real estate professional, Kevin is equally dedicated to working with first time and move up buyers/sellers and investors. He also specializes in residential infill housing (tear downs) with in the City of Minneapolis and St Paul, including a project in South Minneapolis he did for his own family in 2013. Kevin is a member of the #1 Real Estate Team in Minnesota. In 2013, the team closed over 1,275 transactions, finishing as the #1 RE/MAX team in the United States and worldwide for closed transactions and total commissions. His knowledge and experience in real estate sets the foundation to providing every one of his clients the most competent, attentive and sincere service possible.
