Bernie Borschke
Bernie taught and coached high school in the metro area for twelve years. In 1991, he made his first real estate investment purchase. Currently, Bernie owns seven investment properties and can offer clients expertise in identifying, analyzing and selecting appropriate properties. Bernie is very knowledgeable in the areas of rehabbing and flipping or renting investment properties. Bernie joined our team after being the top agent for 2006 & 2007 at his previous organization. He has a special passion for truly listening to his clients needs and helping them reach their goals. First time home buyers and newer investors are a special niche for him.
On the listing side, Bernie has assisted many clients avoid foreclosure by successfully completing short sale transactions. After living in Golden Valley for 15 years with his wife Lori, Bernie currently resides in St. Michael. Lori runs a treatment facility for clients who are dual diagnosed with chemical dependency issues and mental illness where Bernie volunteers.
