Nichole lives in Lakeville and has been a Realtor since 2000. Nichole attended college at
Western State College of Colorado and St.OlafCollege in Northfield. She has experience with
residential existing and new construction sales. Nichole has the pleasure of working closely
with Paul Hanzel Homes, Inc on their gorgeous homes in New Prague. Nichole owns real estate in
the twin cities suburbs as well as in Florida, and helps find properties for both the owner
occupied purchaser as well as investors.
In her free time, Nichole enjoys spending time with her two children. She also supports A Race
Worth Winning - ALS, a nonprofit group raising awareness for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) as a

Jaelynn grew up in Farmington and acquired her BS in
Business Administration and Marketing Communications
from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. After
ending her career in Sales/Advertising in Texas, she
moved back to Minnesota and took on a position on the
team. She has been with us since 2005 and enjoys communicating
with buyers and sellers to help make all team transactions
go smoothly. Jaelynn is also the initial contact for
many people that contact us through our website. In
her spare time she enjoys spending time with family
and friends.
