Zach Skattum grew up in Luverne, MN and moved to the Minneapolis area in 2002 where he began his career in Real Estate. For seven years, Zach has been one of the Top Agents on the team servicing buyers, sellers and investors in the Twin Cities. Zach’s number one priority is to stay on top of current market trends. He is actively the #1 REO Agent on the Team and is also a radio host on am1500 KSTP. Zach actively markets and sells Bank owned properties for a number of institutions, including Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Green River Capitol, National Default Servicing and several others. Zach’s close attention to detail and extensive work analyzing market values make him the ideal Agent to handle the complexity of REO Transactions. He typically handles up to 75 properties at any given time and has a consistent market time of only 23 days.
