Peggy McDaniel grew up in the Northwest, Seattle, but has lived all over the United States and the Bahamas. She has 5 children whose ages range from 13-33 years which gives her a unique perspective with all her clients. She is able to relate to experienced buyers and sellers, "Baby Boomers" and is also able to answer the First Time Home Buyer's questions and concerns. Peggy has been a Realtor through both a "Sellers & Buyers" market. She knows how to find that perfect home, negotiate the best price and close the transaction smoothly and efficiently giving her client the opportunity to enjoy the process without stress. Peggy, her husband and family have lived in Southern Metro for the past 11 years and seen many changes to the area. She is involved with her church, children's school activities and has a great interest in helping foster and adoptive families. Her hobbies are cooking, reading (takes her Nook everywhere), summer trips to Lake Vermilion and good times with friends.
