Patty grew up in Hastings, MN where she lives with her two daughters. She is currently enrolled at St. Mary’s where is completing her BA degree in Sociology and Business. She has been a Realtor since 1998. Patty has been recognized as a leader amongst the nation’s top realtors, she is Broker Associate for MN and WI, a CRS, and a SFR. She was named the South Metro Board of Realtors Distinguished Service Leader in 2006 by her peers. She has served as a board member on the Southern Twin Cities Board, and is currently an active member of the St. Paul Board of Realtors, the MN Board of Realtors and is active on the Government Affairs, RPAC, RPAC Fundraising, Committees.
Patty has also started a group for those in transition and loss of their home called "Hope for Homes" in her community. The group assists those through the loss with hope and dignity along with other professionals such as attorneys, counselors, psychologist and more.
Her philosophy of hard work, honest, knowledge and network within the profession has kept her delivering the best service to her clients.
She specializes in working and consulting with investors, 1st time buyers, distressed home sellers, corporate relocations, new construction clients, foreclosures, move up buyers, property management and is diverse in all areas of Real Estate.
