I have been working to help buyers and sellers successfully purchase and market their homes and investment property since 2003. My knowledge of the real estate market, my negotiating skills and my ability to listen to my clients' needs and desires help keep me ahead of the competition. My ambitions lie in establishing long-time, satisfying relationships with my clients by using honest, intelligent and open methods of work aimed at meeting the needs and goals of my customers.

These past few years have seen tremendous changes in the real estate market and I have successfully helped a number of buyers and sellers negotiate thru the REO and short sale process. I grew up in Sioux Falls, SD and later graduated from Mankato State University. From there I went on to work at Wells Fargo in Institutional Trust for nine years, where I honed my investment and customer relation skills. I met my husband Brent there and we currently live in Prior Lake, MN and with our twin boys.
