area for the past several years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three
children: boating, camping and watching Packer games. After graduating from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison with an Engineering degree, Kim worked in the paper industry as a
Mechanical Engineer and later as a Project Manager in the design and construction of power
plant systems. Kim gained extensive knowledge of the mortgage & lending markets by working
