Jay was born and raised in the Deephaven area. In the summer of 1968 Jay moved with his family to Boston. After completing high school in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Jay received his BS degree in business administration from Bentley College in Boston. He returned to Minnesota to run the family business after completing his studies.
For 27 years he owned and operated Positive Stroke Art Supply in Wayzata and Framing Concepts in Brooklyn Park. After closing those businesses, Jay began investing in his own properties. Discovering he had a passion for real estate led him to pursuing his own real estate license.
He now uses the knowledge he has gained in his real estate transactions to help you smoothly sell or purchase your own properties. You’ll appreciate his attention to detail and the energy he pours into your transaction.
Jay currently resides in Plymouth with his wife and two children. Both children attend the Wayzata schools and are products of its excellent education system. If he is not selling real estate, he is driving to gymnastics, baseball, lacrosse, some church activity, or pursuing his new hobby – home brewing.
