Dave grew up in Waseca, MN and majored in business at Mankato State University.
Dave and his wife Sandy have lived in Prior Lake for over 25 years. They have
two grown children with five wonderful grandchildren. He is currently the board
president of his townhome association. Dave has been very active in the Twin
Cities real estate market since 2002, specializing in investment, development
and residential properties. He also has a special emphasis on bare land sales
in the southern metro area.
Prior to real estate, Dave held senior sales engineer and manager positions
for major electronics manufacturing companies. In addition, he owned and operated
his own manufacturers rep company for a number of years. He enjoys antiques, high
performance classic cars, and is very active in his local church.
