Bryan began his career in banking in Bemidji, Minnesota, and in 2001, he moved to Minneapolis. In 2002, he accepted a private banking position with U.S. Trust Company, a highly affluent wealth management company. The following year, he transitioned to the title industry and later began working with 1031 exchanges. Bryan joined Commercial Partners Exchange Company, LLC in 2005 as Vice President.
In 2007, Bryan earned the distinguished designation of "Certified Exchange Specialist" through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators after passing a comprehensive exam that tested his knowledge base on Section 1031 exchanges.
In 2009, Bryan began his next endeavor, to become a professional real estate agent. Providing excellent client services and being an information resource has been a core focus throughout Bryan's career. Bryan is currently working with the Minnesota Real Estate Team which has been the number one real estate team for sales in Minnesota since 2006.
