Bob brings years of hands on construction and investing experience to The Minnesota Real Estate Team. He grew up in southwest Minnesota and began working in his family’s homebuilding business as a teenager. Later, he went to the University of Minnesota Morris where he met his wife Terre. Almost 35 years later they now have 3 grown children and live near Elko/ New Market. Most of Bob’s career has centered on residential construction as a licensed contractor. Bob has also been involved in real estate sales and investing. He has owned and sold more than 40 single family residences. Most were new construction and a handful were rehab projects.
